Welcome to Neue Schule USA (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree that:

You are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
You will not use the website for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
All information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, sizing information, and images. However:

Colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly depending on individual horses, screens, or batches.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order:

You agree that all information provided is true and complete.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.
Orders are not final until payment is received and confirmed.

We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including those suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because bits are placed in the horse’s mouth, we cannot accept returns for bits that have been opened, removed from packaging, or used.

We accept returns only if:

The item arrives defective or damaged, and
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

All returned items are subject to inspection before approval of a refund or replacement.

We do not offer refunds for:

Incorrect sizing due to customer measurement error
Items that simply didn’t work out for the horse
Opened or used bits for hygiene and safety reasons

Please contact us before purchasing if you need guidance on sizing or selection.

6. Trial Program

Our Trial Program allows customers to test bits for a small fee before committing to a purchase.

Trial fees are non-refundable.
Trial bits must be returned in the condition and timeframe stated in the Trial Program guidelines.
Trial bits are not eligible for standard returns.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and design elements—is the property of Neue Schule USA or used with permission.
You may not use, copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written consent.
